A born & bred Newfoundlander, Mark was raised in a family of talented home cooks and bakers. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of Canada in 2005, Mark took his talents from coast to coast before settling in St.John’s. After gaining a wealth of experience, Mark focused his culinary passions on catering weddings, corporate, and private events. Recess is the product of Mark’s passion for creating unforgettable experiences at the most anticipated time of day – when you get to relax and socialize over food.
